Your data is worth more
than the first offer.
Sell your data to the right AI buyer, at a competitive price. We run the process. You pay only when it closes. We find what's sellable, package it the way buyers want, and stay CC'd from first intro to close.
What we do
A guided pass across every department, including shelved codebases.
A buyer-ready manifest: what, how much, format, rights, consent, provenance.
Parallel intros to four to six fitting buyers, one offer deadline.
Offers compared on structure, exclusivity, timing and cost.
Why competition matters · one founder in our network
What buyers are looking for
- Proprietary codebases, ideally ~100k lines per repo, human-written, with git history and tests. Shelved products count.
- Operational data: SOPs, project histories, CRM, decision records1
- Support tickets with resolutions; bug tickets linked to fixes
- Expert reviews and annotations; human feedback on AI outputs
- Screen recordings, conversational audio, owned media
Rights first
- You own the data, and your terms allow licensing it
- No unconsented personal data; it's removed or de-identified first
- Third-party and open-source content inventoried; secrets scrubbed
- An officer signs a rights and consent attestation before any intro
- Your data never passes through us; samples go to buyers under NDA
How we're paid
Of proceeds from buyers we introduce, paid by you only when a deal closes. No deal, no fee. We earn the most by packaging your data so it sells for more.
No retainer, no manifest fee, nothing for intro calls.
Buyers may also pay us a referral fee, usually a small fraction of the deal. Disclosed in writing; before you choose, we tell you which buyers pay us.
your data is worth.
